Track One were engaged as GC for the complete renovation of the 106 key all-suites  Homewood Suites hotel by Hilton, in London Ontario. We commenced the complete gutting and renovation from the top floor ( floor # 6) working our way down as the hotel remained open to guests. The whole project was completed in 8 months, including the exterior façade works, respecting noise and dust control requirements of the hotel. The procurement of all FF&E and casegoods were also carried out by Track One and coordinated the install and handover of the completed rooms to hotel operations.
