Work with the Owners, Planners, Architects and City/ Region officials to coordinate and expedite the issue of Site Plan Approvals and Building Permits.
Project Schedule Management
Prepare, maintain and update Project Schedules and monitor design and construction progress against schedule.
Project Budget Management & Cost Control
Prepare Initial Project Budget and update costs vs budget on continual basis. Ensure Project Budget stays on track with pro-active change control measures implemented.
Procurement Services
Procurement of project consultants, contractors and FF&E procurement through competitive process and deep industry contacts
Construction Services
Construction Management Services including estimation, bidding process, selection of contractors, contract document preparation, construction oversight, contract administration, cost control, authority approvals, final occupancy certification and warranty and lien waiver management.
Project Quality Control
Provide Design Management and Construction oversight ensuring overall quality is maintained.
Due Diligence Services
Assist Owners of Real Estate in the due diligence needs during acquisitions and dispositions of property. Obtain multiple quotes and select the most suited subject matter consultants like Code Consultants, Environmental Consultants, Structural and M&E Engineers, Envelope engineers etc.
Brand Management
Ensure different hotel and restaurant brand requirements are maintained during design and construction process. Coordinate with the staff of hotel brands and ensure the wishes of the ownership and the brand requirements are balanced for a win-win relationship for both parties.
