The Staybridge Suites Hotel is the first phase of a multiphase project that Track One is providing both Project Management & Construction Management Services for. Track One Project Management took over this project after the piling stage and had to deal with a myriad of coordination and approval issues between structural steel, piling, hollow core slabs, elevators etc. With our exceptional experience in design and construction management, we got over the hurdles, turned around the project, and recommenced construction to ensure the owners’ vision for the project is maintained. The development consists of a 90 key Staybridge Suites Hotel by IHG, with the load bearing structure being a combination of CFS walls, structural steel, masonry and hollow core precast slabs. We also managed the redesign of the ground floor, coordinating with the consultants and the brand to cater to the client’s requirements. We were also tasked with procuring and coordinating all of the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) for this project. With our procurement acumen and contacts, we have been able to add substantial value and cost savings on this aspect of the project.

A 120 Room Holiday Inn Express will be Phase 2 of this project and design work and permitting phases are complete with construction slated to start soon.
