Track One Project Management were engaged by the Client right after acquisition of this property and lead the process from hiring of all the consultants to coordinating with City, Region, Hydro and other authorities through the Site Plan Approval and Building Permit process. This 20,000 sft building consisted of 3,500 sft of double storied office space and the rest was a structural steel and insulated metal panel clad industrial structure which housed the workshop and maintenance facility for trucks. It had loading docks with dock levelers and drive through overhead doors along with service pits, oil and fuel dispensers, compressed air and other use requirements. A salient feature of this project was the installing and commissioning of heavy duty EV chargers for trucks. Track One was heavily involved with the design process and engaging with hydro for the above normal power requirements required for the EV chargers.
