We managed this project in California for our client from the design stage onwards, coordinating with our design partners. The building was proposed to be leased by Herc Rentals during the latter part of the design stage. Thereafter designs got tweaked to meet the requirements of Herc. The project was built to a tight timeline as required in the leasing agreement and turned over successfully.
